Hopes and Dreams will complete an independent assessment based on an observation that will work closely with present staffing along with direct feedback from all customers during a specific duration. Hopes and Dreams will also develop all criteria and questionnaires along with an incentive program for customers who participate. Develop Wedding and/or Special Event Service Portfolio
Upon completion of the assessment, Hopes and Dreams will develop a Comprehensive Service Portfolio describing key areas for further development, along with newly developed services. This will be based on resources that will maximize a sustainable service delivery.

Working alongside your employees is the Hopes and Dreams Management Team providing leadership and hands on approach every step of the way to deliver the target service objectives. This implementation process will be followed up with an evaluation feedback by the Management Team and the end user.
