A Wedding Coordinator Assistant will be provided in the event the guest list exceeds 80 guests. The Wedding Coordinator will ensure that all wedding vendors are on time and meeting all detailed specifications. Executive Wedding Consultation Service

Consultation and Budgeting Orientation

The Couple meets with one of our coordinators to create a Wedding Expenditure Report that will fit their financial goals. A budget will then be implemented that will include all pre and post expenses. This budget will then be revisited throughout the planning process to ensure accurate accounting principles and comfortability with the final figures.

Detailed Time Line

All Weddings require a detailed time-line to ensure that the most perfect day runs smoothly. A time-line is created from the start to the end of your wedding day. Time-lines may include the follwoing Items: hair and make-up, photography, ceremony, cake cutting, couples first dance and the reception. All detailed aspects of the wedding day will become part of his time-line and will be monitored throughout the day by the expertise of a Certified Wedding Coordinator. All wedding vendors are orientated, in advance, of these time-lines.

Venue and Specifications

Picking the perfect venue for your ceremony, reception and photographs is one of the

most important details of your wedding day. After scouting 3 - 5 venues or on property

options, the couple is consulted on the pros and cons of delivering their dream wedding.

A list is made prior to these visits and there will be specific requirements which

are addressed while touring any property. This process confirms a perfect match for the

bride and groom ensuring the location compliments their imagination.

Reception Décor and Floor Plan

The reception is the grand finale on any wedding day. In choosing the perfect décor, we would accents the theme and accentuate the dreams of the bride and groom. The Wedding Coordinator's astute attention to details will include choosing a color scheme, to developing the ideas and concepts of the bride and groom and delivering memorable moments that will last a life-time. The Wedding Coordinator will create a detailed floor plan that will ensure on time deliverables of traffic flow and that seating and functionality are maximized.
